A mother's routine of cooking for her loved ones, especially when her only child, who lives far away, is about to return home, brings her a sense of companionship at the dinner table. However, a voice from across the table shatters her belief, the person sitting there is not Meilin, but her husband. In a house full of memories, the mother and father unknowingly grieve in different ways. That night, for the first time, they speak to each other.
